Office of the Registrar

Description

The Registrar’s Office is the repository of all students’ academic records. It upholds:

  • confidentiality of student records and information in accordance with education law
  • efficiency
  • accuracy to maintain the integrity of the institution

Services

We provide comprehensive support and services to students throughout their educational journey. Facilitate seamless enrollment procedures, timely delivery of student and services of faculty, and process documents whether face to face or online through email at ibcregistrar@gmail.com

Admissions Requirements

Admissions Process

  1. 1.) Get an enrollment form from the registrar’s office.
  2. 2.) Fill out the enrollment form with your personal information and subjects:
    • For Transferee Students - have your TOR assessed by the Registrar and get advice for your subjects.
    • Irregular Students – must consult with their Department Chair for the subjects before filling out the enrollment form.
    • Regular Students – fill out the enrollment form directly and proceed to step 3.

    Note:
    Prerequisite subjects must have grades; otherwise, the student’s enrollment will be put on hold until the instructor submits the grade. This ensures prior subjects are fulfilled first.


  3. 3.)
    Have the enrollment form signed by the following in order:
    • Adviser – Department Chair
    • Registrar
    • Academic Dean
  4. 4.) Pay registration fees at the Cashier.
  5. 5.) Have your Registration Card & I.D. validated at the Office of the Student Affairs & Services.
